Lautrowa was solid on triple Lutz, triple Salchow, and triple toe, but almost fell on the flip, and loop. Czako landed triple toe - double toe, triple Salchow, and triple toe. His second triple Axel was landed on two feet. Pliushenko, the current World Junior Champion, skated well landing most of the triples. He attempted a quad toe, but put his hand down on the landing.

Notes:
For the free dance, Semenovich/Fedorov did a fascinating disco version of Malagena. Davidova/Kostomarov incorporated break dancing into their free dance, while Filipowicz/Szumski did a more traditional free dance to music from Grease.
